BB & K RV Rentals
Rental Guidelines
- No smoking
- Pets are allowed with separate pet deposit to be determined at time of rental
- No pick-ups or returns after dark. If you are unable to return the RV before dark
you will have to pay an additional nights rental fee and return the next day.
- All drivers must be 25 years of age
- Security Deposit: Minimum $1500/$2000. Refunded within 10 business days after
the coach is returned provided all fees have been paid and the coach is
undamaged.
- Reservation deposit: Minimum $500 or 1/2 the rental estimate fee.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 90+ days prior to scheduled departure
date will receive full reimbursement of their deposit minus a $100 administration
fee. Cancellations made less then 90 days prior to scheduled departure date will
forfeit the entire reservation deposit.
- Drivers license, employment information, and proof of insurance must be
presented when reserving a vehicle. All information will be verified prior to
departure.
- Fees: All fees are payable by cash, certified bank check, money order, or credit
card. No personal checks accepted. If final payment is to be made using a credit
card, arrangements must be made 7 days prior to the day of departure and there is
an additional fee of 3%.
- Insurance: A binder from the renters personal insurance company must be
provided prior to scheduled departure. Insurance may also be purchased through
BB & K for a minimum fee of $20/$25 per day. You will need to sign up through
our personal provider online 3 days prior to departure.
- Additional fees: All fees not paid on the day of departure are due upon return of
the coach. These fees include damages, mileage, dumping, fuel, and cleaning
charges.
- A 1-2 hour orientation is required prior to departure to familiarize you with all of
the coach operations upon your first rental with BB & K.
- Cleaning: The renter is responsible for returning the RV clean. This includes the
kitchen, bathroom, floors, fridge, etc. If the interior is dirty or exterior of the RV
is excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees of up to $200.00 will be charged. If
the carpet is dirty an additional $90.00 will be charged for carpet cleaning.
- Beware of trees and mailboxes. Tree branches WILL scratch the surface of the RV
when brushing against it and subject you to repair charges. Mailboxes are also a
hazard when parking at your home so be very careful.
- Drivers must have experience driving RV's, buses, semi's, or other large vehicles.
