Description
2005 40 ft Phaeton Bus with four slide outs. Powered by a Cat 350 Diesel
motor and an Allison 3000 MH 6-speed automatic transmission. Built on a
freightliner chassis with air brakes.

Accommodations
The coach sleeps 4 adults and up to 2 children comfortably. The master
suite is equipped with a queen size bed and the two sofas convert to a queen
size bed and a child size bed

Entertainment
The coach has 3 televisions: 19 inch in the bedroom, 27 inch in the living
room, and a 21 inch outside in a lower compartment. It is equipped with an
in-motion satellite system (Direct TV) with two separate receivers (living
room and outside). DVD, VCR, and CD player with surround sound are
included.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner gas stove, convection microwave
oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, double sink, and
plenty of counter/storage space.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a 41 inch shower, sink, toilet, and storage
facilities. Separate sink located in bedroom.

Awning
19 ft automatic awning that extends and retracts with the push of a button

Air Conditioning/Heat
2 central air and heat furnaces with separate living room and bedroom
controls.

Automatic Leveling Jacks
The coach has built in automatic hydraulic leveling jacks to level the coach
with the push of a button.

Generator
7.5 Onan diesel powered generator

Back-up Camera/Monitor
The coach is equipped with a back-up camera/monitor for ease in driving
and parking.

Housekeeping Kit
The coach comes with a full housekeeping kit for an additional fee which
includes: bed linens (sheets and blankets), towels, tableware for 6, cooking
pans and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, 4 patio chairs etc.

BB & K RV Rentals

Daily Rate	$400 per night, 3 night minimum
Weekend/Special Event Rate (Nascar, holidays, Football Season, Fan Fest, etc.)	$1500.00-$2000.00 for 3 nights. $400 each additional night
Weekly Rental	$2400 per 7 nights, $400 each additional night
Monthly Rental	$6400 per 30 nights, $400 each additional night
Reservation Deposit	$500 minimum or 1/2 of the rental estimate
Security Deposit	$2000 minimum
Mileage Charge	100 free miles per day included, $.32 per excess mile
Generator Charge	No charge
Insurance Charge	$25 per day minimum if no insurance binder provided.
Prep/Sanitizing Charge	$150 if returned clean both inside and out. Up to $350 if not returned clean.
Fuel Tank	$50 fill charge plus cost of fuel
Holding Tanks	$50 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty
Propane Tank	No charge
Housekeeping Kit	$200-optional addition
